Frequently asked questions

What counts as a business column?

The business columns are the output fields being consolidated, such as Product, Quantity or Region. The Source File column that ConsoliSheet adds automatically for traceability does not count towards the five-column Free allowance.

Can I try a full consolidation before paying?

Yes. A verified free account gets one full consolidation free, with all detected columns kept. No card required.

What’s the difference between One-off and Pro?

One-off covers one full consolidation for a single payment. Pro is a monthly subscription that provides ongoing full-consolidation access while it stays active.

Do I need an account?

Not for Free jobs of up to five business columns. An account is required for the full consolidation trial and for One-off or Pro access.

What file types can I use?

XLSX and CSV.

What happens to my uploaded spreadsheets?

Uploaded files and the data generated while processing them are temporary. We remove them after they are no longer needed, with an absolute target of deletion within 24 hours of upload.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account’s Manage billing option, which opens Stripe’s secure Customer Portal.
