Terms of Service

ConsoliSheet is operated by DPW Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14326340), with its registered office at Fulford House, Newbold Terrace, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4EA.

By using ConsoliSheet, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ConsoliSheet helps users inspect, match, validate and consolidate spreadsheet and CSV data.

Features, limits and availability may change as the service develops. We may add, change or remove functionality where reasonably necessary.

2. Your files and data

You retain ownership of the files and data you upload to ConsoliSheet.

You give us permission to process uploaded files only as necessary to provide, secure and operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and lawful authority to upload and process the information contained in your files.

You must not upload material that is unlawful, malicious, infringes another person’s rights, or that you are not authorised to process.

3. Temporary file processing

Quick Consolidate is designed as a temporary processing service.

Uploaded files and generated processing data are removed after they are no longer required, with an absolute target of deletion within 24 hours of upload.

You should keep your own copies of all source files and downloaded results. ConsoliSheet is not a backup or permanent file-storage service.

4. Spreadsheet results

ConsoliSheet automates parts of spreadsheet consolidation, including identifying structures, proposing column matches and flagging potential problems.

You are responsible for reviewing the resulting mappings, warnings and consolidated output before relying on them.

You should not rely on ConsoliSheet as the sole means of verifying financial, regulatory, legal, tax, accounting, safety-critical or other high-impact information.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to ConsoliSheet or its infrastructure;
• deliberately interfere with or overload the service;
• upload malware or files intended to exploit or damage the service;
• attempt to bypass usage, security or access controls;
• use the service for unlawful purposes; or
• use automated methods to abuse or materially disrupt the service.

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect ConsoliSheet, its users or our infrastructure.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but ConsoliSheet is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, technical faults, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally make the service unavailable.

7. Free and paid services

Some ConsoliSheet functionality may be offered free of charge and other functionality may be offered as a paid service.

Any prices, billing periods, usage limits and additional terms applicable to paid services will be shown before you purchase them.

8. Intellectual property

ConsoliSheet, including its software, website, branding and original content, belongs to DPW Global Limited or its licensors.

These terms do not transfer ownership of ConsoliSheet to you. Your spreadsheets and the data you upload remain yours.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Subject to those restrictions, we are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to review an output, keep appropriate backups, or use the service in accordance with these terms.

Where the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ConsoliSheet develops. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Where a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections you may have under applicable consumer law.
